This Spell may be Contracted at any time outside of Combat, even if it is not your turn. Target Beastie you control may immediately declare an Attack (you must still Fatigue them to declare the Attack). resolve Combat as if it were your turn.
Simply Contracting the Cumberland Dragon is not sufficient to guarantee its loyalty. Especially in the face of butterflies!
